Terms and conditions

1. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of class reservations and gift vouchers offered by Floofy Yoga (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) to customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

2. Reservations and capacity

  • The classes are fixed date/time events with limited places.

  • The booking is nominative and confirmed after payment and receipt of the confirmation email.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to decline a registration for legitimate reasons (safety, capacity, non-compliance with rules).

3. Price, payment, and billing

  • Prices are indicated in CHF, including VAT where applicable.

  • Accepted payments: [Stripe/Card], [TWINT].

  • The invoice is sent by email (PDF). Any fees (bank charges, currency exchange fees) are payable by the Customer.

4. Gift vouchers

  • The gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid 12 months from the date of purchase (modifiable).

  • They are usable once or multiple times until the balance is exhausted (or « single-use »).

  • The coupons/discounts are subject to the conditions specified at the time of issue (amount, eligible services, expiration date, number of uses).

  • Loss/theft: no replacement, unless a commercial decision is made.

5. Right of cancellation/withdrawal (scheduled events)

  • Since the courses are recreational activities on specific dates, no legal right of withdrawal is applicable after confirmation.

  • Commercial policy Floofy Yoga :

    • ≥ 72 h before the event : 100% refund or 100% credit (at the Organizer's discretion).

    • Between 72h and 24h : 50% credit (no refund).

    • < 24 h / no-show : no refund or credit.

6. Cancellation or modification by the Organizer

  • In case of force majeure, insufficient enrollment, unavailability of the venue/instructor, or safety conditions (particularly for puppy workshops), the Organizer may cancel or reschedule the event.

  • The Customer is then offered: (i) a postponement, (ii) a credit note, (iii) a refund (at the Organizer's discretion).

  • The external costs incurred by the Client (transport, accommodation, etc.) are not refundable.

7. Rules for participation & health

  • The Customer warrants that they are fit to practice yoga and reports any medical contraindication.

  • Arrival 10 minutes before the start; access may be refused in case of delay in order to ensure the smooth running of the event.

  • Equipment: provided on site unless otherwise specified. Comfortable clothing required.

  • The Client agrees to adopt a respectful behavior with the group, of the location and of the rules.

8. Puppy Yoga Workshops (with puppies)

  • Animal welfare a priority : sessions : calm sessions, split interaction time fractional, rest areas off the mat, water/breaks, supervision.

  • Hygiene & security : socialized puppies socialized, appropriate health protocol; hand sanitizer available; no forced carrying.

  • Minimum age of participants : 18 years old (minors accompanied by an adult).

  • Allergies : The Customer declares that they do not have any incompatible allergies/fears, or participate at their own risk.

  • The Organizer can exclude any behavior that endangers the puppies or the group, without reimbursement.

9. Transfer of reservation

  • Replacement by another person accepted up to 24 hours before the event, upon written notification (name/email address of the replacement).

  • Any speculative resale is prohibited.

10. Responsibility

  • The Organizer is only liable in the event of proven fault and in the limit on amounts paid by the Customer for the event concerned.

  • The Organizer declines all responsibility for personal belongings.

  • The Customer participates under their own responsibility and undertakes to comply with safety instructions.

11. Personal data

  • The data is processed for reservation management, the billing and, where applicable, the communication (newsletter with consent).

  • View Privacy policy. The Customer may exercise their rights at info@floofy-yoga.ch.

12. Intellectual property & image

  • The contents (text, logos, photos) are protected. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

  • Pictures/videos taken during the sessions : the Organizer does not broadcast any any recognizable image without prior consent. The Customer can refuse any recording (please inform staff upon arrival).

13. Complaints & mediation

  • Any complaints: by email to info@floofy-yoga.ch within 7 days after the event, with reference to the reservation.

  • In the event of a dispute, priority shall be given to seeking an amicable solution .

14. Applicable law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Swiss law.

  • Place of jurisdiction : Fribourg, subject to mandatory provisions.

15. Final provisions

  • Partial invalidity: if one clause is invalid, the others remain applicable.

  • The Organizer may update the Terms and Conditions; the applicable version is the one in effect on the date of purchase.
